Platteville Family Resource Center, Inc. works with a variety of insurance providers.

 

However, insurance coverage and in-network status may vary depending on your specific plan and the provider you choose.

Our team will verify your insurance eligibility and active coverage as part of our admissions process.

However, verification of benefits does not guarantee coverage or payment for services. It is your responsibility to confirm that your specific insurance plan covers services with PFRC and that your selected provider is in-network under your plan.

We also encourage you to contact your insurance company before your first appointment to confirm your behavioral health benefits, including any applicable copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket expenses.
