Patient Portal Notice

PFRC’s Patient Portal will be live for all clients by August 1st, 2026.  

Be on the lookout for a request via email to create an account. Some may have already created one, if you are unsure please ask front office staff or your clinician.

The patient portal allows you to message the front office, your clinician, see upcoming appointments, create new appointments and see your patient balance.
